Matters needing attention in installation and laying of power cable

The installation and production of wire and cable is the same principle, the product must follow the characteristics of the product in order to give full play to the performance of the product, because there has been such a problem, that is, after the wire and cable manufacturers have tested and qualified products have left the factory, after a period of time, after a period of installation and laying, or after a period of installation and operation, the user unit will always reflect this or that problem, such as the installation process found that the outer layer of damage or cracking, installation after a period of time to find the cable heating, and so on, resulting in unpleasant between manufacturers and users. For this reason, we should pay more attention to the quality of cable installation and laying as well as the quality of cable manufacture. In this light of my experience in the installation of power cable in the process of attention, I hope to avoid more problems and reduce the loss.

　　Minimum laying temperature 
　　 Cables shall be laid at ambient and cable temperatures above 0 °C and have been maintained for 24 hours, or with special protective measures in the case of cables maintained above 0 °C.。 
　　Especially for PVC plastics, PVC plastics will become harder and more brittle with the decrease of temperature. If the cable bends too fast or is impacted at 0 °C or below, the PVC plastic is at risk of cracking.
